Members may not: (a) select or use the ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or, (b) use an ID in which another person has rights without such person's authorization. Failure to comply with the foregoing is a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of the member's registration. Members are responsible for all usage of member's ID, including use of the ID by any third party authorized by the member to use the member's ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity is grounds for immediate termination of the member's registration.
